One of the first designers friends I've made was Louis Claparols, who is currently the president of the Young Designers' Guild. So, when I got a text about his cake launch, I couldn't say no to one of my "oldest" friends in the industry.
Food and drinks overflowed at the bar of Hyatt Hotel
Instead of the usual round cake, Louis (together with the hotel's chef) came up with these cute boxes filled with layers of strawberry and cheesecake
We were given small servings to try
And it was to die for! Yummy!!!
With just the right amount of sweetness that will keep you wanting for more.
