Philippine Fashion Week is over, with me attending the closing show by the famed Cesar Gaupo last Sunday. It was definitely a must-watch. But for today, let me share with you the opening show of PFW:
The invite says "Gates Will Open at 6:30." When they say gates, they really meant "gates" hehe...
The piano man played his music to keep us company. Food and drinks were served as well, but I used the waiting time to take photos of the opening show attendees :)

Will talk about the show proper in Manila Bulletin, but here's a photo of what the collections were all about: shades of gold as presented by four designers (Dennis Lustico, JC Buendia, Jun Escario and Rajo Laurel) and modeled by 12 handpicked muses. Tweetie de Leon-Gonzales was also presented as Pond's Gold Radiance endorser.
I just had to take a photo of Liz Uy and Pauline Juan after the show. Lovin' the fur coat and the Fendi Peek-a-Boo bag of Liz; Pauline's sheer leopard printed dress is subtly sexy, too!
