Glam Rock Watches are in Town

A new brand of fashionable watches have arrived, and it has definitely caught my eye—and yours, too!  Glam Rock timepieces will surely be part of every stylish woman's wish list.  With commercial offices in Italy, Switzerland, Hong Kong and USA, it's about time someone took notice of a fast-growing market of watch collectors in our country as well.

Afficionados of designer bags would be glad to know that these watches complement any of your fave accessories.  A wide variety of fashionable straps and case covers are yours to mix and match—the possibilities are endless.  Materials are of the highest quality as well which includes titamium, 18-karat gold, diamonds, genuine leathers, exotic skins (like alligator and python), and fabrics from France and Italy.

Glam Rock's Isabelle Mujean flew all the way from France to celebrate the brand's arrival, with the Lucerne group hosting an intimate party with a special private viewing of the watches at Power Plant Mall.  Here's what happened at the posh launch:

A fish-eye take on the set-up.  Three ladies were invited to "model" and show how you can wear your Glam Rock watches to match your fave designer handbags:

Claudine Trillo had a black LV bag.  Sorry, wasn't able to take a photo of it.

Real Estate gal Divine Lee in matching pink accessories

The rest of the gang joined in the celebration: Bubbles Paraiso with my fave cuz-in-law-to-be, Joey Mead :)

What's your fave from the lot of swirly swirls? :)

Colorful printed cases are the highlight of this capsule collection.  Hand-finished interchangeable case covers in enamel finishing gives off a playful vibe, with colorful hand-inlaid swirls to match!   They remind me of Pucci's whimsical prints; and obviously, the pink swirls design is my pick :)  Art takes on a different form through these timekeepers, as it involves a precision-cast mold designed to hold each color in a specific pattern; and everything is done by hand! “Italian artists would spend years learning to perfect the process,” shares Enrico Margaritelli, CEO of Glam Rock. “Even though modern technology has made some aspects of the production faster, it still takes the hand and eye of a master craftsman to make it a reality.

*Glam Rock is available at Chronos at Powerplant Mall, Lucerne in Glorietta 4 & Shangri-La Plaza Mall, Wrist Pod at The Fort, and Adora in Greenbelt 5.
